UNITED FOR SENIORS - TRAINING APP SESSION ASSISTANCE
Volunteers will have the opportunity to support older adults (55+) at the Community Senior Center in the City of Coconut Creek by assisting with a United For Seniors App Session.
This meaningful experience allows volunteers to provide hands-on, one-on-one guidance to seniors as they learn how to navigate the United for Seniors platform using their own mobile devices.
Following a brief instructional video, volunteers will help reinforce learning, answer questions, and build confidence in participants digital skills.
This initiative is designed to empower seniors, increase digital literacy, and expand access to valuable community resources that support health, financial stability, and overall well-being.
All volunteers will receive prior training on the United for Seniors platform before scheduled visits to ensure they feel confident and prepared. Internet access is required.
COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS WILL BE PROVIDED BY UNITED WAY BROWARD.
